This hack is legendary, it completely transforms Streets of Rage 2 into a roller coaster of absurdity and humor. It is impossible to play "SOR2: Hong Kong 97" without laughing or cracking a smile. I am very glad to see it still getting updated with cool additions.

The hacking ability (and humor) that PPI_Akiko displays here is unmatched. So many things in this hack leave me amazed, wondering how it is even possible this was done in Streets of Rage 2. A lot of consideration was put into this hack to make it a wild experience that takes inspiration from the absurdity found in the SNES "shmup" game of the same name. This ends up feeling like a more complete sequel to Hong Kong 97.

If you like obscure games with absurd themes, this is a must-play.
