Overview

Fixes several bugs identified in reviewing the code in FF5 Double EXP, Gold and ABP by C_CliFF. Apply this patch atop his patch.

Of these, the most notable one is perhaps the graphical glitch at the end of each battle. Specifically, Bartz’s face moves to a seemingly random spot on the screen albeit only for a single frame.

That graphical glitch has been documented extensively in both writing and video by Nintenja in his work on Final Fantasy V Pixel Freemaster.

Version 1.2 is newer than RHDN's version 1.1 and fixes the doubling of higher amounts of gil following a player report. The fix recodes the gil doubling from the ground up. Thanks to BladePotato for the report.
