Gunstar Heroes: Ultimate Edition

Gunstar Heroes: Ultimate Edition is the new definitive way to experience Treasure's masterpiece. New features include:

• ROM is converted to be region-free.

• The Gunslinger mode from the 3DS version has been backported. Press (down+weapon select) to switch between free and fixed mode. Like on 3DS, this works best if the player is not currently firing. Requires 2 weapon slots filled. Also works while the game is paused.

• A brand new manual which restores the markedly different Japanese story, as well as the character bios.

• Relocalized cutscenes. Most notably, Green's backstory from the Japanese version is restored.

• Every Gunstar Heroes advertisement included as a bonus.

• An extra patch which adds an EXP system. Players deal extra damage per level. A new level is reached every 200,000 points. Caps at level 6, or 1,000,000 points.

Gunstar Heroes (USA).bin is the intended base ROM.
