Pokémon Gold Full Restoration (Game Boy) Romhack

This romhack reverts most of the changes between the Japanese and the English version of Gold and Silver, also serves as an update for the hacks made by NikcDC/USC in 2011

Features: -Japanese GFX backported (ex. PC/Shop, Trainer, Pokémon Sprites) -Phanpy/Donphan wild location reverted to what it was in the japanese version -Restored trainer card names -Olivine Lighthouse now has its full name on the map (It was shortened due to a text limit glitch) -"Miracle Cycle" references restored -Bugs that wasn't in the japanese version fixed (ex. Coin Case glitch, text overflow) -Debug mode from the localization builds added as a optional patch (A Pokémon/Trainer Viewer was also added)
