Pokémon Red & Blue Full Color Hack With Yellow Sprites and Learnsets

This is a modification of dannye's Full Color hack for Pokémon Red & Blue, to incorporate Pokémon and trainer sprites, and Pokémon move learnsets from Pokémon Yellow. No other changes were made, so don't look under that truck. Some of the Pokémon use their sprites found in Pokémon Yellow's leaked source code, as they look much closer to the artwork they were based on (and cause they were less weird). Likewise for Blaine, as his unused design looks closer to his depictions in early merchandise and the Pokémon anime.
