Silent Hill: Origins Extra Options (& Black Border Fix) Patches

Completely redid the patch. It now just enables the Extra Options & Accolades menus without having to beat the game first. The Noise Effect can be disabled in the Extra Options menu. This seemed like a much better solution than the original patch, since this utilizes an actual in-game feature and can easily be flipped on/off via the Extra Options menu.

The .IPS patches don't seem to work if you try to patch them with certain programs (including online patchers), but I've always had success with the latest 64-bit build of LunarIPS (v1.03). The .xDelta patches seem more reliable all around but I wanted to include everything.

Also included an optional patch that additionally removes the black bars present at the top and bottom of the screen during the in-engine cutscenes in widescreen mode. (Note: this does not apply to prerendered cutscenes.) Not sure if this additional patch works on real hardware, haven't been able to test it.
