Tetris Attack (GB) - VS. COM Reduced Damage

This is a quickly put together challenge hack for an old relic of the past called Tetris Attack. CPUs are now more resilient to player attacks. More information about it is in the readme file. IPS and BPS patches will cover all known releases. Yes, this even includes the Japanese one!

Surprisingly, I didn't need to playtest this one to get all known working values, but data for it is in different locations in different versions. These patches can be used with my other patches, however, please do so at your own risk. I'm not responsible if you make VS. COM impossible!

Now that the warning is out, I will say this...the ×4 reduction patch is for expert players only.
