YY_CHR.NET

Supports editing NES, SNES, Genesis, PCE, GG, WS/C, GB/C, MSX 1+2, NGP/C, SMS, and GBA graphics. This is the newly rewritten C# version.

Plugins can be developed with Visual Studio Express.
